However, if you receive a defective or damaged product during shipping, we offer a full refund. If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.

Once the damage or defect is verified, we will proceed to offer you a full refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer replacements for the same items.
